If you have a gift card that is lost or stolen, report it immediately at 1-800-721-3978. This toll-free number is available 24/7. There is s $5 replacement fee to issue the new card.

*If there was no activity on card in a 12-month period, an inactivity fee of $2.50 per month will be incurred on the remaining balance. Cannot receive cash back.
