Gift Cards

The ATIRAgiftSM card* gives the recipient the flexibility to choose their own gift and get exactly what they want.

You can load the card with any amount between $5.00 and $750.00 and can purchase up to 15 cards at a time.

It’s safer than cash because it can be replaced** if lost or stolen. Purchases can be made online, by phone, or in person, almost anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted.

Most Commonly Asked Questions: 
 
Question: What happens if I lose the Card?
Answer: Immediately you would need to contact VISA at 1-800-721-3978 to report it as lost. A new card with the unspent balance would be issued.

Question: Are there any fees associated with using the Card?
Answer: There is no fee to use the Card, however, the cost to purchase the Card is $2.50. If there were no activity in a six-month period, the Card would incur a $2.50 per month inactivity fee.

Question: Can minors purchase the Card?
Answer: Yes. There is no minimum age to purchase.

Question: Do the Cards expire?
Answer: They expire two years from date Pioneer ordered the card.

Question: How do I know the balance of my card?
Answer: There are 4 different ways you can access your card’s balance:

1. Call 1-800-721-3978 and a Card Representative can assist you

2. Visit the website at www.atiracard.com after registering the card.

3. Look at the receipt. The receipt will show the remaining balance of the card.

4. Contact a Credit Union Relationship Manager.

*The cost to purchase the ATIRAgiftSM card is $2.50 per card. There is a $2.50 inactivity fee per month if no activity in a six-month period. The merchant must be notified of the balance on the card when making a purchase that exceeds the limit or balance of the card.  If using the card for a gas purchase, it’s best to pay the cashier inside instead of paying at the pump. Some pay at the pump terminals authorize $75.00 for a gas purchase, which may exceed the value of the card. The member has up to 24 hours to void a card.
