Pioneer Scholarship

This year, the Leroy Jaeger Scholarship had over 75 well-qualified applicants looking for help with college expenses.

Although it was difficult to pick only one male and one female winner out of the qualified applicants, Pioneer Credit Union is honored to announce that Anna Michaels & Bryce Wied are the 2012 recipients of the $1000 award.

Good luck to all Pioneer Credit Union members with their educational goals!

Taylor Street Construction & Remodel

If you've been to the Westside of Green Bay lately, you're all too familiar with the road construction going on. The construction has made it a little more challenging for our members to reach the Taylor St. office being near the West Mason/Taylor St. intersection. Here is a map that shows how to reach the Taylor St.office but feel free to visit any of our other 11 offices that are convenient for you. We are also in the process of remodeling and are asking members to enter through the eastside entrance.

Relevant Lending

Pioneer goes further than just the credit score when evaluating loans. In this economy, bad things have happened to good people. We have expanded our loan-making decisions to take into consideration why things are what they are, not just going by the rating a credit company uses.

NO Debit Card Fees

You may have read that some of the largest financial institutions in the country are now charging a monthly fee for using a debit card. We want to assure our members we have no intention of initiating such a fee!

People helping People

Pioneer has partnered with Goodwill to allow them to place collection containers at several of our offices. Goodwill helps by recycling clothing, providing a clothing source for people of limited means, all while training others in job skills. It's win-win...and we're proud to be a part of it. The pick-ups are at the following Pioneer locations:

  • 825 Morris Avenue
  • 1065 Velp Avenue
  • 911 Huron Road
  • 1651 Main Street
  • 406 Cardinal Lane

Shred Fest

Pioneer enlists the services of Cintas, a private, bonded company that specializes in destroying records, to provide a shredding truck for Pioneer and community members who have confidential documents they would like to safely destroy.
